The exercises and frameworks we use today were originally developed for Navy Special Warfare boot camp candidates in SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, and Aircrew training—where graduation rates from variable groups (nearly two years later) showed an increase of more than 800 percent.
They were later implemented across all-female boot camp divisions, achieving graduation rates near 100 percent, and have since been adapted for organizations worldwide.
