Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 26, 2025
Last Updated: October 26, 2025
1: Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, participation, and engagement in any ROPIMA Leadership RPM (“Roll-Pitch-Maneuver”) program, event, or related service (collectively, the “Program”) operated by ROPIMA LLC (“ROPIMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By completing a booking or making payment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with the ROPIMA Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not register, attend, or access any materials associated with the Program.
The purpose of these Terms is to ensure clear expectations for all participants, protect cohort integrity, and safeguard the proprietary methods, intellectual property, and logistical investments that make ROPIMA’s leadership programs possible.
These Terms apply to:
All live and virtual ROPIMA Leadership RPM sessions;
All preparatory or follow-up materials, templates, and coaching content; and
Any related digital downloads, communications, or support services provided by ROPIMA.
ROPIMA may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or market changes. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2: Program Description
ROPIMA’s leadership and performance-development programs—including, but not limited to, the Leadership RPM (Roll-Pitch-Maneuver), the Quest DSP Leadership Blueprint, and any other related sessions, workshops, or digital experiences (collectively, the “Programs”)—are designed to enhance leadership clarity, communication, and accountability across operational teams.
Program content, format, duration, and facilitation methods are subject to change or adaptation at ROPIMA’s discretion to maintain quality, relevance, and alignment with evolving business environments.
ROPIMA makes no guarantees that any specific topic, exercise, or deliverable will be covered in a particular session.
All Programs are delivered by qualified facilitators selected by ROPIMA and may occur in-person, virtually, or through blended formats, as determined by ROPIMA.
Materials, examples, and outcomes described on the website or in promotional content are illustrative only and do not constitute a binding commitment or representation of future results.
3: Booking & Payment
3a. Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure participation in the ROPIMA Leadership RPM session.
Registration is considered confirmed upon successful payment processing, at which point your seat and associated materials are reserved.
3b. Accepted Methods
ROPIMA accepts payment through the secure Squarespace checkout platform and its integrated processors (e.g., credit/debit card or other approved methods). ROPIMA does not accept checks, cash, or payment via third-party transfer services unless expressly authorized in writing.
3c. Promotions and Discounts
All promotional codes or discounts must be entered at the time of checkout.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed transactions or combined with other offers unless specifically stated in writing by ROPIMA.
All promotions are time-limited and subject to withdrawal without prior notice.
3d. Taxes and Fees
All published prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Participants are responsible for any sales or use taxes required by their jurisdiction.
3e. Payment Confirmation and Receipts
A purchase receipt and booking confirmation will be automatically generated and emailed to the address provided during checkout.
Electronic confirmation of payment serves as proof of registration and agreement to all terms contained herein.
3f. Nonpayment or Payment Reversal
ROPIMA reserves the right to cancel or deny participation in any session if payment is declined, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.
In such cases, no seat will be held, and any associated materials will be withdrawn.
3g. Transfer of Ownership
Bookings are made for a specific individual or team and are non-transferable to another organization without written approval from ROPIMA.4 Participant Information
You are responsible for providing accurate participant names and roles for certificates and materials.
Updates can be submitted by email up to 72 hours before the session starts.
4: Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your booked session once without additional charge, provided that written notice is received no later than 30 calendar days before the scheduled session date.
Any request to reschedule made after the 30-day deadline will be treated as a cancellation. The original payment will be forfeited, and a new date cannot be guaranteed.
No further postponements or transfers are permitted once a reschedule has been approved. If you fail to attend on the confirmed date, the full registration fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellations submitted more than 30 days before the session may, at ROPIMA’s discretion, be credited toward a future session of equal or lesser value. Credits expire 6 months from the original session date and cannot be transferred to another party.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the session, or failure to attend without notice, result in forfeiture of all fees.
If ROPIMA must postpone or cancel a session for any reason, participants will be offered either (a) a full refund or (b) a credit toward a future session within 6 months.
Why this matters:
Each RPM cohort depends on group chemistry and pre-allocated venue, material, and facilitation costs. Last-minute changes undermine those dynamics. This policy ensures the integrity and continuity of the learning experience for all attendees.
5: Refund Policy
Because each ROPIMA RPM cohort is small, customized, and requires advance venue, material, and facilitator commitments, all confirmed bookings are final.
5a. Registration Confirmation
Registration is considered confirmed upon successful purchase and payment.
Once payment is processed, your seat is reserved, and all related venue, material, and facilitation resources are allocated. This confirmation triggers all applicable policies outlined herein, including refund and rescheduling terms.
5b. Non-Refundable Registration
All payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
This ensures equitable treatment for all participants and protects the integrity of the cohort, scheduling, and venue commitments.
5c. Credit Eligibility (Discretionary)
If written notice of cancellation is received more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled session, ROPIMA may, at its sole discretion, issue a one-time credit equal to the amount paid, applicable toward a future RPM session of equal or lesser value.
Credits must be used within 12 months of the original session date.
Credits are non-transferable to other individuals or organizations.
No partial credits or pro-rated values will be issued.
5d. No Refunds or Credits Within 30 Days
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled session, or failure to attend without notice, result in forfeiture of all fees.
This policy applies to all participant types, including team passes and additional seats.
5e. Substitutions
With prior written approval, a participant may substitute another qualified individual from the same organization up to 10 days before the event.
Substitution requests within 10 days may not be accommodated.
5f. Program Changes or Cancellations by ROPIMA
If ROPIMA must reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator illness, venue disruption, or force majeure), participants will be offered one of the following options:
(a) a full refund, or
(b) a credit toward a future RPM session within 12 months.
ROPIMA’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
5g. Digital Materials and Pre-Work
All digital downloads, templates, and preparatory materials provided before the session are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, regardless of attendance or participation.
5h. Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary cases (e.g., verified medical emergencies or active-duty military activation), ROPIMA may review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
Such exceptions are rare and granted solely at ROPIMA’s discretion.
6: Use of Materials
6a. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, graphics, videos, written guides, and related resources provided through any ROPIMA Program—including but not limited to the Leadership RPM (Roll-Pitch-Maneuver) and the Quest DSP Leadership Blueprint (collectively, the “Programs”)—are and remain the exclusive property of ROPIMA LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws, both domestic and international.
6b. Limited License for Internal Use
Upon registration and participation, ROPIMA grants each participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program materials (“Materials”) solely within their own organization for internal leadership and performance-development purposes.
This license does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, publish, or sell any portion of the Materials, nor to use them in any third-party consulting, training, or competitive offering.
6c. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written consent from ROPIMA, participants may not:
Copy, scan, record, or otherwise reproduce any Program content or Materials in any format;
Upload or share Materials to any public or private digital platform (e.g., websites, intranets, or learning-management systems);
Remove or alter copyright notices, logos, or attribution marks;
Incorporate ROPIMA’s concepts or frameworks—including those used in Leadership RPM or Quest DSP Leadership Program—into their own training, speaking, or coaching products.
6d. Trademarks and Branding
“ROPIMA,” “Leadership RPM,” “Roll-Pitch-Maneuver,” “Quest DSP Leadership Blueprint,” and related marks are trademarks and service marks of ROPIMA LLC.
No license or right to use these marks is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
6e. Enforcement and Remedies
ROPIMA actively monitors the unauthorized reproduction or use of its intellectual property across all Programs.
Any breach of this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of participation rights, denial of future access to ROPIMA programs, and pursuit of civil remedies available under law.
7: Confidentiality
7a. Mutual Respect for Privacy
ROPIMA and all Program participants agree to uphold the confidentiality of all discussions, materials, and shared experiences that occur during the Program.
Participants may share general insights or leadership principles they have learned, but may not disclose, replicate, or attribute specific examples, comments, or business information shared by others in a manner that could reasonably identify a participant or their organization.
7b. Proprietary Content
All Program materials—including frameworks, templates, diagnostic tools, facilitation methods, and supporting resources—are proprietary to ROPIMA LLC and protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials internally within their own organization for leadership development purposes only.
Reproduction, resale, distribution, or use of ROPIMA materials for any external, commercial, or competitive purpose without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7c. Recording and Reproduction
To preserve the integrity of the Program and the privacy of participants, audio, video, or photographic recording of any portion of the session—whether live or virtual—is not permitted without express written authorization from ROPIMA.
ROPIMA reserves the right to record sessions for quality, training, or marketing purposes, provided that any identifiable participant information is anonymized or used only with explicit consent.
7d. Confidential Business Information
ROPIMA respects the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared by participants during facilitation.
Such information will not be disclosed to any third party or used by ROPIMA outside the context of Program delivery, except as required by law or with the express consent of the disclosing party.
7e. Continuing Obligation
The confidentiality obligations set forth in this section survive the completion of the Program and remain in effect indefinitely with respect to all proprietary materials, intellectual property, and personally identifiable information.
8 Professional Conduct
8a. Expected Standards
ROPIMA’s programs depend on trust, respect, and open communication. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds professionalism, inclusivity, and integrity throughout all sessions—whether in-person or virtual.
This includes punctuality, constructive participation, and adherence to all facilitator and venue guidelines.
8b. Prohibited Behavior
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund:
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward any participant, facilitator, or staff member;
Use of language or behavior that is hostile, threatening, or disrespectful;
Unauthorized solicitation, self-promotion, or distribution of materials unrelated to the Program;
Recording, photographing, or sharing confidential content in violation of Section 8 (Confidentiality).
8c. Facilitator Authority
ROPIMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment, compromises group safety, or violates these Terms.
In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued. Decisions regarding removal are final.
8d. Substance and Safety Policy
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment or behavior during the Program.
All participants agree to comply with venue safety rules and emergency procedures.
8e. Representation of Organization
Where participants attend as representatives of an organization, the participant warrants that they will uphold their employer’s code of conduct and represent their company in a manner consistent with its professional standards.
8f. Non-Disparagement
Participants agree not to make defamatory or disparaging statements about ROPIMA, its facilitators, or other attendees during or after participation. Constructive feedback is welcome and may be shared directly with ROPIMA through official feedback channels.
9: Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our frameworks, results will vary depending on participant engagement, organizational context, and execution.
Participation in the RPM Program does not create a client-consultant, employer-employee, or fiduciary relationship between you and ROPIMA beyond the scope of this workshop. Implementation of any strategy or recommendation remains the sole responsibility of the participant and their organization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ROPIMA, its facilitators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable workshop session.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROPIMA, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from actions you take—or fail to take—based on program content or interactions.
ROPIMA makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding performance improvement, profitability, or other business outcomes.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

12: Force Majeure
12a. Definition
For the purposes of these Terms, a “Force Majeure Event” includes, without limitation, any act of God, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil disturbance, labor dispute, government restriction or regulation, power or internet outage, transportation disruption, venue unavailability, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of ROPIMA that prevents or materially hinders performance of its obligations.
12b. Effect of Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, ROPIMA’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption.
ROPIMA will make reasonable efforts to notify participants promptly and to reschedule the affected Program at a mutually practical date and location.
12c. Remedies
If rescheduling is not feasible within a reasonable timeframe (normally within 12 months of the original date), participants will be offered one of the following options:
(a) a credit toward a future Program of equal value, or
(b) a full refund of the Program fee paid.
These remedies constitute the sole and exclusive recourse of participants in connection with any Force Majeure Event.
12d. Limitation of Liability
ROPIMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delay, modification, or cancellation of a Program due to a Force Majeure Event.
ROPIMA’s total liability shall in no case exceed the amount actually paid for the affected booking.
13: Data Protection
All data collected in relation to the Program is handled under the ROPIMA Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information required for logistics and program delivery.
14: Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

ROPIMA may assign its rights or delegate performance under these Terms without notice; participants may not assign or transfer their rights without ROPIMA’s consent.
